RCENO aims to improve residents' quality of life by promoting neighborhood identity and communication with the city of Palm Springs. RCENO invests in our community and supports charitable initiatives to promote a feeling of social responsibility and a shared commitment to make our neighborhood a better place. We are passionate about and support our community's efforts to address social problems, demonstrate compassion and empathy for others, and have a positive impact on our society and the world.

Our RCENO board approved donations to the Red Cross fire victims fund at our monthly neighborhood meeting in January 2025. The Red Cross is providing shelter, food, emotional support and health services to the victims of the LA fires.

Our neighborhood organization was proud to present donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs and the Mizell Center food bank in January 2025.

We donated $2,000 to the Mizell Center’s Food Bank, Meals on Wheels program.

We donated $2,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs.
